Hi, I’m Charlotte, a Registered Nutritionist, Kettlebell Instructor and the Founder of The Menopause Kitchen.

Do I need a gym or fancy equipment?

Nutrition-wise, the meal plans use real, accessible ingredients you can find in any supermarket — no complicated shopping lists, just simple and effective solutions that fit into real life.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your monthly membership at any time. If you sign up for the annual plan, you’ll have full access for 12 months — giving you the best chance to see lasting results — and you’ll save 25% compared to monthly billing.
